"I’m so grateful for the opportunity to have met John, and to have worked with him—recording my first full length album with him was the journey of a lifetime for me in so many ways, and I’m thankful for every second of it. I could tell immediately as we started recording and discussing an overall vision for the album, that John was invested in the details (lyrics, the emotions behind them, and capturing those feelings during recording). I always felt highly supported by John throughout the often raw process of recording, both as a professional, and as a friend.   

I appreciate how keenly John is able to process feedback and direction, especially when mine can admittedly be pretty abstract at times. This would often put a smile on my face as I’d offer feedback, and watch/listen while John would focus the sound to match the exact “picture” in my head. It’s true, John, you are a wizard.
